Meet Camryn Pacella
I’m a Commercial Real Estate Advisor with PRIMAC Realty serving businesses, investors, landlords, and property owners throughout Central Florida. I’ve spent the past three years building my career through hard work, strong relationships, and a hands-on approach to every deal.
I believe commercial real estate doesn’t have to feel complicated or impersonal. Whether you’re searching for a new location, negotiating a lease, leasing your property, or exploring an investment, I want you to feel like you have someone in your corner from start to finish.
A Different Approach to Commercial Real Estate
I’m young, hungry, and extremely motivated, but I also have real experience behind me.
In 2025 alone, I closed 26 transactions totaling more than $4 million in volume. I’ve represented tenants, landlords, buyers, and sellers across a variety of commercial real estate transactions.
What matters most to me, though, is how my clients feel throughout the process. I’m accessible, responsive, and hands-on. You can call me, text me, ask questions, and expect to actually hear back from me.
More Than Real Estate
Commercial real estate is a huge part of my life, but it isn't my entire personality.
Outside of work, I'm an equestrian and have competed in the hunter/jumper world. Riding has taught me discipline, patience, resilience, and the importance of showing up consistently, qualities that have carried directly into my career.
I'm also a huge animal lover, and if I'm not working or at the barn, there's a good chance I'm spending time with my pets.
I believe people want to know who they're trusting with an important business decision. That's why I want my clients to know the person behind the emails, property tours, and negotiations too.
